Before founding Compliance Experts in early 2016, Asad began his career nearly 30 years ago as a Law Associate at the firm Aridi Angell & Khan in 1995. His most recent role was with Metro Pakistan Private Limited, a subsidiary of Metro Group AG, where he served as Head of Legal, Compliance, and Company Secretary for five years. Over the course of his career, he has worked with prominent organizations, including Coca-Cola International’s Pakistan office, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, and several other esteemed establishments. His extensive experience with large-scale organizations underscores his professional strengths and expertise in governance, risk management, compliance, and corporate legal functions.
